About Marisa Quintal

Broker

My passion for real estate began at a young age — from Sunday drives with my parents to visit open houses, to flipping through home magazines, to eventually studying the industry in school, managing rental properties with my family and being the GC of my own home build at 25. Real estate has always been more than a career path for me; it’s something I’ve grown up around, believe in and truly love.

I graduated from Queen’s University with a degree in Urban Planning before earning my real estate license in 2019 and my Brokers licence a year later. Shortly after, I found my home at Royal LePage, where I’ve had the privilege of working with incredible clients over the last many years, helping them navigate one of life’s biggest milestones, stressful life changes or fresh starts.

Living in South Frontenac allows me to combine my local knowledge and appreciation for the area’s natural beauty with my professional experience. I focus much of my business in Kingston, South Frontenac and Central Frontenac, helping clients buy and sell everything from rural properties, family homes, investment properties, condo units or waterfront retreats.

With a strong foundation in planning and property management, I bring both a strategic and personal approach to every transaction. My clients know me for my dedication, patience, and care throughout the buying and selling process. I believe in clear communication, strong market knowledge, and creating a positive, stress-free experience for everyone I work with.

Whether you’re buying your first home, downsizing, relocating, purchasing a cottage or an investment, I am here to guide you with the right tools, resources, and insight to make your real estate journey seamless and successful.
